Kundalini Yoga supports you during pregnancy with gentle movements (physical yoga), breathing techniques (pranayamas), meditation (hand positions) and mantras (healing syllables).

​​In addition, we create a deep sense of community - women coming together to support and share with each other.

  • Strengthening and relaxing the pelvic floor

Suitable for all trimesters. Every pregnancy is different - so you can adapt the practice to your own pace and condition.
